PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “CODECHAOS 27 Giveaway with Big Wedge” (the “Promotion”) begins on or about August 20, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. British Summer Time (“BST”) and ends on September 3, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. BST (the “Promotion Period”). At the end of the Promotion Period, a random drawing will be conducted to select twenty-five (25) winner(s) from among all eligible entries received, as set forth more fully below. Entry in the Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Daniel J. Edelman, Inc., 250 Hudson Street, New York, NY 10013 (“Promoter”), which shall be final and binding in all respects.ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Officers, directors and employees of Promoter, adidas AG, adidas UK Limited, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the Promotion (all such individuals and entities collectively referred to herein as the “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family members and/or those residing in the same household of each are ineligible to enter the Promotion or win a prize. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with YouTube, Google LLC, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.HOW TO ENTER: At the beginning of the Promotion Period, a creator engaged by Promoter will publish a video on YouTube announcing the Promotion and inviting entrants to enter (the “Drawing Video”). The creator for the Promotion is Big Wedge Golf (YouTube: @bigwedgegolf; Instagram: @bigwedgegolf). The creator will also post short-form clips from the Drawing Video on Instagram. To enter, eligible entrants must: (1) post an original comment on the Drawing Video on YouTube that includes the word “CODECHAOS” and includes the entrant’s Instagram username (for example: “CODECHAOS @exampleaccount”); OR (2) post an original comment that includes the word “CODECHAOS” on both (a) the Drawing Video on YouTube, and (b) the creator’s corresponding Instagram post promoting the Promotion (each qualifying comment, a “Comment”). Upon posting a qualifying Comment, entrants will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion. All Comments must not include text or subject matter that is deemed by the Promoter to be obscene, profane, pornographic, libelous or otherwise objectionable. Each entrant’s Instagram account must be set to public to enter the Promotion, as winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message.Limit one (1) entry per person and/or YouTube and Instagram account combination. All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. The Promoter’s database clock will be the official time keeper for this Promotion. Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, and to the extent entrants may otherwise elect at the time of entry, personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used in accordance with Promoter’s privacy policy located at www.edelman.com/privacy-policy.Entry must be made by the entrant by posting a Comment on the Drawing Video on YouTube (and, if applicable, the creator’s corresponding Instagram post) as described above. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other website or social media account, including but not limited to commercial sweepstakes subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Promotion. Tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries deemed by Promoter, in its sole discretion, to have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Promoter’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The Promotion Entities shall not be responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in the Promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in posting Comments or processing of the entries in the Promotion. The Promotion Entities assume no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: At the end of the Promotion Period, twenty-five (25) winner(s) will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted by Promoter or its designee, using demonstrably random selection software or under the supervision of an independent observer. Winners will be notified in September 2026. Each potential winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram using the Instagram account provided by the entrant in their YouTube comment or the Instagram account from which the entrant posted their Instagram comment. Promoter shall have no liability for any winner notification that is lost, intercepted or not received by a potential winner for any reason. If, despite reasonable efforts, a potential winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, or if the prize or winner notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to such potential winner, such potential winner will forfeit his or her prize and an alternate winner may be selected. If any potential winner is found to be ineligible, or if he or she has not complied with these Official Rules or declines a prize for any reason prior to award, such potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected. Promoter may successively attempt to contact up to two (2) potential alternate winners for each prize in accordance with such procedure, and if there is still no confirmed winner after such attempts have been made, the applicable prize may go unawarded. Each potential winner will be required to provide shipping information (including shoe size and mailing address) to Promoter or its designee for prize fulfillment. Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and Promoter reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. Promoter reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Promoter’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein. In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received and/or Promoter is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, pandemic, public health crisis, act of God or public enemy, riot or civil disturbance, act of any government or governmental authority, power failure, equipment failure, labor dispute, strike, or lockout, actual or threat of war, armed conflict, terrorist attacks, or other cause not reasonably within Promoter’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion. If the Promotion is terminated before the designated end date, Promoter may (if possible) select the winner(s) in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorised representative of Promoter. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
